PROCUREMENT OF LOCATION AND/OR PREMISES FOR THE UIA REGIONAL ONE STOP CENTRE IN ARUA - UIA/SUPLS/2023-24/00098
The Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) has allocated funds to be used for Procurement of Suitable Property to house the UIA Regional One Stop Centre in Arua.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at (8) from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at (8) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000/= (Uganda Shillings: Two hundred thousand Shillings only). The method of payment will be to any bank that receives government revenue. The bidders shall then submit a deposit slip to the UIA Cashier at UBFC Building. 6th Floor, Plot 1, Baskerville Avenue, Kololo. The bidder shall be given a receipt on confirmation that funds have been transmitted into the specified account. The document will be picked by the bidder's or representatives from UIA Procurement and Disposal Unit. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at (8) at or before 30th May 2024 at 11:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration valid up to 16th October 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at (8) on 30th May at 11:30 am.
There shall not be a pre-bid meeting.
Documents may be inspected at, issued at, delivered to and bids opened at the address listed below; Uganda Investment Authority
