JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
The hair stylist will be responsible for designing and implementing hairstyles using basic and advanced techniques, consulting the market about hairstyles and colors to be applied to client's beauty and hair products, identify and meet the needs of customers, coordinate publicity-related engagements, identify the styling trends on the market and train the staff on how to replicate these styles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Participate in training and hiring new members related to that line of work.
• Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Build personal relationships with clients to ensure retention.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Recommend hair care products and treatments to clients based on their hair type, texture, and condition.
• Maintain knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the latest styles and treatments by attending educational workshops
• Ensure that all hair care equipment and tools are properly maintained
• Manage inventory of hair care products and tools, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
• Keep accurate records of client services and maintain the confidentiality of client information.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on new techniques, trends, and products.
• Assess market competition by comparing the company's product with the competitor's products.
• Managing and ensuring customer product usage, complaints are resolved or forwarded to management for support.
• Supervise and support the assigned all-lined work which engages any of their interventions
• Assist the marketing manager in organizing and promoting the brand's main SKUs via a technical approach.
• Align with the research and development manager in creating new products as well as relating developed products through all the external procedures and processes to make it a recommended product on the market.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the line supervisor.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• A diploma or equivalent in cosmetology or hairdressing and styling certification is required.
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a hairstylist.

Key Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Capacity to conduct comprehensive research on different situation analysis in line with hair.
• Strong knowledge of hair care products, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
