In The Role Of Project Coordinator
you will be responsible for supporting Lead Consultants with project management - ensuring the activities required to deliver client satisfaction are planned, organised and coordinated effectively. You will develop and implement a project management system that will effectively coordinate The Leadership Team's entire portfolio of projects, supporting Senior Management decision making on costing, scheduling and resourcing. Whilst it's critical that you can manage and control in order to achieve desired results, you also need to be adaptable so that you can help the team respond effectively to changing client requirements and moving goalposts. You'll need to provide practical support and encouragement to our busy team of staff consultants and associates; including liaising with the finance team to keep track of payment milestones and project finances.
