JOB DETAILS:
The Diocese of Northern Uganda invites applications from mature Christian Professionals for a ministry opportunity to fill the position at Christ Church Child Development Center.
Post: Project Director

The Project Director is to offer leadership to other Project Staff. This will involve mentoring, coaching, supervising, coordinating and evaluating them on their assigned roles, including monitoring their attendance and taking lead in organizing staff devotions and retreats as well as spiritual activities for the children.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ with a Christ like attitude in dealing with people.
  
• Act as the accounting officer for all Project Funds, ensuring that all funds are used for their intended purpose and adherence to set policies.
  
• Supervise the implementation of the approved Project Plan and Budget with monthly assessments done in conjunction with other stakeholders including children, church and caregivers.
  
• Age: 22-35 years.
  

QUALIFICATIONS.
A minimum of a degree in Social Sciences or humanities. Familiarity with standards and guidelines for Child Protection Programming will be added advantage..
