Background.
The Uganda Manufacturers Association (UMA) is a premier manufacturing membership organization dedicated to promoting the competitiveness of manufacturers and industrialists in Uganda. Since 1994, UMA has annually hosted the Uganda International Trade Fair (UGITF), a significant event that brings together local and international exhibitors to showcase their products and services. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the fair in October, UMA seeks to engage a reputable and experienced agency to provide comprehensive publicity
services.
Objective.
The primary objective of this engagement is to enhance the visibility and awareness of the 30th Uganda International Trade Fair both locally and internationally, ensuring high attendance and participation from exhibitors, showgoers, and stakeholders.

2) Media Relations
3) Digital Marketing
4)Advertising
5)Event Promotion
6)Public Relations
7)Monitoring and Evaluation
Bid Fees
Interested bidders are advised to obtain the bidding form from the UMA website: www.uma.or.ug. The bid form costs UGX 200,000 payable to Uganda Manufacturers Association Account No. 9030005759365 in Stanbic Bank Uganda.
The deadline for submission is 07th/08/2024 handed in to the UMA head office at Lugogo show grounds P. O. Box 6966, Kampala Uganda and to the given emails below.
