## INVITATION TO BID UHDER

OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING FOR PROVISION OF EXAMINATION MARKING VENUE, ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS FOR UHPAB EXAMINERS.

1. Uganda Health Professions Assessment Board (UHPAB) is a Government Agency established by the TVET Act 2025 and Operationalized by Statutory Instrument 26 of 2025. UHPAB mandate is to assess and Certify Health Professionals under Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Uganda.
2. UHPAB has allocated funds to the provision of Examination marking venue, accommodation and meals for UHPAB Examiners.
3. UHPAB therefore invites sealed bids for the provision of Examination marking venue, accommodation and meals for UHPAB Examiners.
4. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 and are open to all bidders.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in 8(d) from 8.00a.m to 5.00p.m daily during the working Hours in the course of the bidding period.
6. The Bidding documents in English, may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below in 8(d) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda Shillings One hundred thousand only (UGX: 100,000/=). The method of payment will be by bank deposit on UHPAB Account No. 9030026252794 Stanbic Bank Forest Mall Lugogo.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below in 8(d) at or before 11:00am on Friday 16th May, 2025. Bid securing declarations must be valid up to 13th June, 2025 after bid opening. Late bids shall be not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below in 8(d) at 11:30 am on Friday 16th May, 2025.

Additional Requirements:

• Venue must provide adequate workspace for 50+ examiners with reliable power and internet
• Accommodation must include single rooms with en-suite facilities for all examiners
• Catering services must provide three meals daily with consideration for dietary restrictions
• Facility must be secure and located within reasonable distance from UHPAB offices
• Service provider must demonstrate experience hosting similar academic/research evaluation events
• Preference will be given to providers offering all three services (venue, accommodation, meals) as a package
