JOB DETAILS:
A Leading Law Firm is seeking to employ a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk. In this role, you will answer and redirect phone calls, greet clients and other visitors at the office when they arrive, schedule client appointments, and take accurate messages for attorneys and other staff, sort and distribute mail and assist lawyers with other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in office Management or related field.
• 1+ years of administrative support experience and clerical procedures. Consistent, professional dress, and manner. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications
• including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time Management skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
