CNOOC Uganda Limited (CNOOC), a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, is an oil and gas exploration and production company, and Operator of the Kingfisher Development Area located in Hoima and Kikuube Districts.

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SUPPORT AND EQUIPPING OF SELECTED HEALTH CENTRES AND SCHOOLS WITHIN THE KING FISHER AREA (RFP-CUL-LD-00750)

CNOOC Uganda Limited (CNOOC), a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, is an oil and gas exploration and Production Company, and the operator of the Kingfisher Discovery Area located in Kikuube District, in the Albertine Region.

CNOOC Uganda Ltd requires the services of a suitably experienced and qualified CONTRACTOR to support and equipping of selected health centres and schools within the King Fisher Area as outlined in the scope of work below.

SCOPE OF WORK

The supplier shall perform the work including, but not limited to, the scope described hereunder:

1. Procure Assorted furniture to selected schools within the KFDA (Kingfisher Development Area) and ensure delivery to agreed sites.
2. Procure and supply furniture, office desks, chairs, and other necessary office equipment to various health centres located in the KFDA.
3. Supply and deliver health kits and assorted essential medical equipment to designated health centres.
4. Ensure transportation and installation of equipment at identified locations.
5. Provide necessary training to local staff to ensure proper usage and maintenance of delivered equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

Interested firms should meet the following minimum requirements:

1. Evidence of registration with Uganda’s Directorate of Industrial Training or the equivalent authority.
2. Evidence of prior experience in the delivery of furniture, health kits, and other similar assignments.
3. A copy of the organization’s valid trading license.
4. Proof of financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract.
5. Registration with relevant statutory authorities and adherence to national laws and regulations.
6. Possession of a current certificate of incorporation.
7. A proposed work plan to demonstrate the ability to fulfill the assignment.
8. Evidence of commitment to sustainability and inclusion of local communities.
