Duties and Responsibilities:
• Market and assist subordinate staff to sell the company’s range of products.
• Maintain good customer and develop user market.
• Compile timely sales reports.
• Plan and lease with the Marketing team in organizing sales promotion activities.
• Ensure efficient and timely sales correspondences with relevant principals.
• Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and industry contacts.
• Develop relationships with property developers, and private companies requiring road construction
• or maintenance.
• Visit potential and existing clients.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Create customized proposals for each client based on their specific needs and budget.
• Understand and communicate the value proposition of different roadworks services.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Management
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales management.
• Exceptional team-working and communication skills.
• High motivation for sales.
• Meeting sales goals.
