Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, in the Water Purification Industry, we are looking for a competent, skilled and experienced Sales Executive to work in Uganda.
Job summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business, through focusing on acquiring new customers, expanding business with existing clients, foster client relationships, closing sales of UV water purification systems and strategically identifying opportunities for increasing company profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, ensuring steady and sustainable sales increases quarter over quarter.
• Research, identify, and qualify potential customers, including residential, commercial, and institutional sectors, using a data driven approach.
• Expand business with existing clients by upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new product offerings that match client needs, leading to greater account value and long-term retention.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted strategies that align with revenue objectives, focusing on new markets and sectors.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business, ensure satisfaction, and encourage referrals.
• Establish a strong presence in the UV water purification market by effectively communicating the health, environmental, and cost-saving benefits of our systems.
• Use analytics and sales performance data to make informed decisions, optimize sales strategies, and meet revenue targets.
• Revenue Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue growth, and market trends, providing insights that help shape business strategies.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients that maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the customer support, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences and workshops.
• Train customers and potential clients, decision makers, lobbyists, water officers, village officers, and end users
• Actively participate in, and contribute to, the Company’s team meetings
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager and the CEO
Qualifications, skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a sales role, preferably within the water purification, environmental, or technology sectors.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies that boost revenue through both short-term and long-term initiatives.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize performance.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and meet client needs while simultaneously driving sales and revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to close complex deals.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and other sales platforms to track performance and revenue impact.
