Dura Motors Limited is one of the leading Importers, Assemblers of 2&3 Wheelers and Manufacture of Adhesive Tapes in Uganda. It is established in 2005 for more than 13 years with different diversified business verticals serving all over Uganda with its wide network. We are not only equipped with machinery and also with dedicated team expertise in manufacturing, Assembling, Marketing, and After Sales Service. All our vehicles carry special warranty terms and special institution / corporate policies.
Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role, and candidates must be located in Kampala.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good reporting skills
