Job Overview:
Dormi Arts is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our growth strategy, drive sales and expand our brand presence. This role requires a creative and results-driven professional with a passion for art, marketing and business development.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Identify and engage potential customers, partners and markets for Dormi Arts products.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media and content creation efforts.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
• Analyze market trends, sales performance and develop growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with artists and artisans to effectively showcase and promote their work.

Ǫualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the creative or retail sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Passion for art and creativity is a plus.
