Job Overview:
Richur Solar & Lighting Co. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. This role involves both office-based work and field visits If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and experience in the field, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Visit potential and existing customers to present and promote solar and lighting products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar and lighting solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and strategic planning.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to remain competitive.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the solar or lighting industry.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and travel for field visits to meet clients.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
