Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to support the growth and visibility of our diverse product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a creative mindset for marketing, and the drive to succeed in a dynamic trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets across various product lines.
- Identify new business opportunities and engage prospective clients.
- Maintain and expand customer relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up.
- Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence including social media and email marketing.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and content aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Track and analyze performance metrics for sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably in a trading or distribution company.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Uganda for client visits and market research.
