S&S Enterprises Ltd, a leader in multi-service retail and hospitality, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Salon Manager to lead our upscale salon
operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive excellence in service delivery, team leadership, and business growth in a vibrant, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the salon, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day salon operations ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and cleanliness.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of hairdressers, beauticians, and support staff; conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client concerns promptly, and implementing innovative service enhancements.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, scheduling, and cost control; monitor sales, retail product performance, and profitability metrics to meet financial targets.
Quality Control: Uphold and enforce strict hygiene, safety, and grooming standards; oversee maintenance of salon equipment and supplies.
Marketing & Growth: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and loyalty programs; analyse market trends to introduce new services and products.

- Facility Management: Ensure the salon is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
o A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications:
o Relevant certifications in management, cosmetology, or customer service are advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
Leadership:
o Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Communication:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for staff coordination, customer interactions, and reporting.
Organizational Skills:

o Familiarity with salon management software, point-of-sale systems, and digital scheduling tools.

Reporting Structure
The Salon Manager reports directly to the General Manager at S&S Enterprises Ltd. They will work closely with the marketing, procurement, and finance departments to ensure that the salon’s operations align with the overall strategic goals of the enterprise.

o The role is based in a high-traffic salon that requires long hours on your feet and frequent interaction with customers and staff.
