JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Senior Brand & Visual Designer who can independently execute creative work across brand visual design, spatial design, and digital interactive interfaces. You will be involved in the entire process, from brand strategy to visual implementation, helping brands build a professional and internationally competitive visual identity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Brand Visual Design – Responsible for brand logo, VI system, marketing materials, packaging design, and other brand-related visual assets.
• UI/UX Design – Design websites, apps, and digital interactive interfaces to enhance user experience.
• Interior & Spatial Design – Participate in the design of brand offline stores, exhibitions, and office spaces, integrating brand identity into physical environments.
• 3D Modelling & Rendering – Utilize 3D modelling software to create visual presentations for products, spaces, exhibitions, etc.
• Video Editing & Motion Design – Produce brand promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content to enhance visual impact.
• Keeping Up with Design Trends – Research international design trends to continuously optimize brand visual expression and maintain market competitiveness.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with the brand strategy team, marketing team, and technical team to ensure design solutions align with business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Degree in a design-related field with at least 5 years of experience in brand visual design, UI/UX design, 3D modelling, or relevant disciplines.
• Strong brand design expertise, capable of independently executing brand strategy and visual identity development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), Figma, Sketch, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Rhino, and other related design software.
• International design aesthetics, with an understanding of global branding and visual trends to create high-end, market-oriented designs.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design, capable of delivering high-quality digital product interfaces.
• Knowledge of interior and spatial design, incorporating brand visuals into offline stores, exhibitions, and workspaces.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics, producing high-quality brand videos and dynamic advertisements.
• Strong independent thinking skills, able to understand business needs and provide creative, high-quality design solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with various teams to execute projects successfully.
• Bonus Points: Experience with international brands, familiarity with overseas markets, and English communication skills.
