JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
1. To identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. ( Loss Elimination, Risk Management and Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM))
2. Root cause analysis
3. Risk Management (FTA - Fault tree analysis, ETA - Event tree analysis etc.,)
4. Life Cycle Asset Management..
5. Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan that includes :( Value-added preventive maintenance tasks, Effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems)
6. Provides input to a Risk Management Plan that will anticipate reliability-related, and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operation.
7. Provides technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel.
8. Applies value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decision

C Knowledge, qualifications & Experience
C1.1 Education: BACHELORS IN ENGINEERING/PHYSICS
C1.2 Experience, Skills and Competences:
Minimum 5 years as reliability engineer/ condition monitoring in a reputed organisation

Communication Skills:
• Should be able to communicate in English and has good knowledge in computer

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
