JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sort all the bid documents submitted into different pre-qualification categories
• Support with bid opening process of all different pre-qualification categories
• Support with the capture of data from all the bids received in the different categories
• Support in sorting documents for supplier vetting & registration
• Filing of all the completed pre-qualification documents
• Undertake any other duties that may be assigned time to time.
• Uphold DRC code of conduct

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Diploma in Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Basic Computer skills in MS i.e Excel, word etc packages.
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar work
• Responsible with high integrity.
• Skills in report writing.

Other requirements
• Good time management, Interpretation and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to accountable practices.
• Ability to manage varied workloads.
• Ability to work with limited supervision but in line with agreed work plans.
• Ability to communicate in English Language
