JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
The suitable candidate shall,
• Develop and Submit the demand plan in liaison with the Sales teams.
• Update the Stock Projection Files for Fuel and Specialty Imports.
• Submit the OTS & BPS, Lubes, LPG, payment and tax requisitions to Finance for payments.
• Be in charge of the preparation of Supply operational Business Review Presentations.
• Participate in the coordination with the Supply Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless operations for loadings by transporters.
• Manage operational Stock Availability (SAP) in Kenya plants and posting for products purchased locally for business requirements.
• Account Management for Supply product vendors
• Contributes to the stock reconciliation process with the view of accurate completion of the RPM recons
• Part of select team to Consolidate and Create Global stock Reports for daily publishing

Candidate profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Management (CIPS is an added advantage)
• Exposure of around 2 years in Supply Chain and Operations (Petroleum Industry is an added advantage)
