Job Requirements
• First degree in related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exemplary interpersonal skill and ability to interact with individuals and groups in a wide variety of situations
• Must be detail oriented and follow through with requests/complaints and action plans
• Experience in managing teams/ leadership is essential
• At least three years of customer care experience is required
• Self-organization, flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks
