Position Profile : Technical Manager
Education Required : Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/ Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Bachelor of Science in ICT/ Diploma on Project Planning
Experience required : 3 Years

Primary Responsibilities:
• Coordination, Monitoring and Supervision of Technical Supervisor
• Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
• Provides knowledge and information by answering questions and requests from subordinates and customers/clients.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Independently manage performance, productivity and attendance records of technical team.
• Maintains company reputation by complying with regulations.
• Completes projects by training and guiding other technicians and customers/clients.
• Directly responsible for safety of all company personnel and in particular for technical team and equipment during all job site work.
• Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements to provide suitable products and systems.
• Assures product quality by testing and confirming methods, testing finished products and system capabilities.
• Prepares products and systems reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications
• Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Request, maintain and account for tools, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate incoming materials shipments with installation start date.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Oversee and manage all projects of the company, subcontractors, client satisfaction and quality installations consistent with company standards.
• Ensure quality craftsmanship of all installations and perform frequent quality assurance and quality control inspections
