Job Title: Temporary Data Entrant

Summary:
We are seeking a Temporary Data Entrant to join our team and assist with the accurate and efficient entry of data into our company's database. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently enter data into the company's database from various sources, such as paper forms, spreadsheets, and electronic documents.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of data entry activities.
• Adhere to company data entry policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
• Follow instructions and complete tasks within specified deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to clarify requirements and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
• Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
