Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks for wildlife conservation projects.
  • Track and assess the impact of UWA programs and policies.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data for decision-making.
  • Provide technical support in planning and performance assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with conservation strategies and national development goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Additional training in Monitoring & Evaluation methodologies is an added advantage.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in M&E, data analysis, or project evaluation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Proficiency in M&E tools and reporting.
  • Good report writing and presentation skills.
