In order to serve our customers better with wider range of services and products, Board and Management has future plans of becoming a regulated financial Institution in Uganda —Tier 2 and thus the need to fill the positions of Head of HR & Training, Head of Banking Operations, Risk Manager, Logistics officer, Administration Officer -Records Management, Administration Officer, Support and Maintenance to meet the needs of the transforming entity.
Position: Administration Officer-Support and Maintenance
Reports to: Administration, Procurement and Logistics
Purpose: The Administrations Officer is responsible for the management of the procurement and purchasing, asset and property management, including the entire vehicle fleet, and coordinating travel policy. S/he is the Team Leader for entire group of support staff (Administrative Officer, Receptionists, Drivers and Office Attendants).
