Additional Job Description:
The Ministry of Water & Environment seeks qualified consulting firms to provide construction supervision services for WASH infrastructure projects in schools across three districts in Northern Uganda. The consultancy will involve:

• Technical supervision of water supply systems, sanitation facilities, and hygiene infrastructure construction
• Quality assurance to ensure compliance with EU and national standards
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress and challenges
• Capacity building for school management committees and local contractors

Key Requirements for Consulting Firms:

• Proven experience in supervising WASH projects in educational institutions
• Registered with relevant professional bodies (Engineers Registration Board, etc.)
• Strong understanding of EU-funded project requirements
• Ability to work in remote locations of Northern Uganda
