JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
• Follow up of the CMMS tools and CMMS equipment database update under guidance of maintenance engineer.
• Follow up Maintenance KPIs and shares report with the hierarchy and procurement team.
• Follow up HSEQ KPIs and performance for the Engineering team.
• Follows up closure of reported HSEQ reports and closure of CTA and REX actions.
• Follows up work permit register and ensures closure of all raised permits.
• Updates Engineering procedures, Company rules and guidelines under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.
• Ensures timely and accurate update of all company equipment / assets in the CMMS tool and SAP
• Follows up the roll out, operation and proper usage of the company’s CMMS tools by all stakeholders.
• Liaise with Consumer sites, Depots, EJAF, Head Office, Residences and generate work requests for interventions
forwarded by site managers and depot managers in the CMMS tools.
• Follow up raised work orders using the CMMS system and ensure forwarding to the respective contractors using
email and/or phone.
• Schedule the interventions (curative and preventive) according to Maintenance Contracts and Technical Integrity
Management requirements.
• Follow up and communicate daily progression of work requests to the site managers, depot managers, engineers and the commercial team.
• Prepares monthly reports of pending and completed work requests with action plans for the pending work requests.
• Analyses equipment maintenance performance monthly i.e. produce a report showing the number of breakdowns
completed and pending (With reasons), highlight problematic equipment and equipment replaced during the month.
• Participate in weekly maintenance review meetings with contractors and monthly maintenance optimization meeting with the hierarchy.
• Contributes to the preparation of budgetary estimates.
• Participates in the tender processes by providing drawings, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities, etc., on projects and other works at different sites under the guidance of the different engineers.

Candidate profile
▪ Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
▪ 1 year working experience in some engineering works.
▪ Good knowledge in Engineering Projects and Maintenance.
▪ Computer Knowledge and use of AutoCAD, Word and Excel.
