About the Role:
The Learning Coordinator at Raising Voices plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's mission to prevent violence against women and children (VAW and VAC) through knowledge management, capacity building, and learning initiatives. This position is designed for a passionate individual who can facilitate learning processes, document best practices, and contribute to the organization's thought leadership in VAW/VAC prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning strategies to enhance organizational and partner capacity in VAW/VAC prevention.
- Coordinate knowledge-sharing platforms, including workshops, webinars, and publications, to disseminate best practices.
- Document and analyze program experiences to generate insights and improve interventions.
- Support monitoring and evaluation efforts to capture lessons learned and impact stories.
- Collaborate with regional and global partners to strengthen learning networks and advocacy efforts.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in social sciences, gender studies, development studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program learning, knowledge management, or capacity development, preferably in the VAW/VAC sector.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to feminist principles and social justice.
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks is an asset.
