JOB LOCATION: KAMPALA (But not limited to). However, one should be staying within a radius of 13 KMs from the central business district..

RESPONSIBILTY OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES: The Insurance Sales Person will be responsible for taking on the financial and risk management advisory role through marketing and selling Life Assurance policies in the Ugandan Market with the following as the key performance indicators;
a. Identify markets, schedule meetings with potential clients and acquire business
b. Maintain consistency in performance and achieving set targets
c. Ensure excellent client relationship management
d. Maintain strong industry knowledge on pertinent facts

REMUNERATION: Commission on a Monthly basis on both new clients and existing clients in the Sales Person’s portfolio. In addition to this, incentives are given on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis as per stipulated performance benchmarks.
CAREER GROWTH: There is room for growth to leadership positions basing on performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
a. Qualifications and experience: Minimum of A Diploma from a reputable institution. Candidates with academic background in communications and marketing will have an added advantage.
b. Age: Between 23-30 years

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
a. Effective communication skills
b. Excellent in networking and building relationships

ATTITUDE:
The ideal candidate should be open-minded and with a trainable attitude. Should have a mature mindset and perspective
