SUN CULTURE UGANDA LIMITED is an off grid solar company that strives to solve the biggest daily challenges of smallholder farmers by using off-grid solar technology to provide our customers with reliable access to water for irrigation.

Invitation.

SUL has allocated funds for acquisition of pipes and is thus sourcing for eligible providers. Potential bidders should express their interest for supply of pipes listed below.

Interested eligible suppliers/vendors may submit their offers electronically to procurement.Uganda@sunculture.com before close of business 9th May 2025, 5:00pm.

Scope of work: Main services shall include:

(1) Supply of:

Minimum Requirements:

(1) The supplier must be registered in Uganda or comply with local laws.
(2) Must hold a valid business license, tax registration certificate, and maintain a good tax record.
(3) Must possess strong financial capability to meet service delivery requirements.
(4) Must have a good track record in providing similar services.
(5) Must be able to issue an EFRIS invoice.

Bidders shall provide the following information along with the APPLICANT INFORMATION SHEET:

• Contact Information
• Certificate of Registration
• Updated Company Profile
• Annual Tax Clearance certificate for the previous year
• Recent copies of Bank statement (Last 6 months)
• Copies of Audit Report for the past two (2) years.
• Memorandum and Articles of Association
• List of Directors/Partners/Proprietors.
• A joint venture agreement where applicable

Please Note that this is the first step in demonstrating your interest in doing business with us. It does not guarantee that you will be approved as a supplier.

If your company's product and capabilities match our needs, we will contact you to continue the qualification process which includes many factors such as quality, financial stability, capacity and others. If not, we will retain your information for 8 months should circumstances change.

• High-quality HDPE, PVC, and canvas pipes meeting specified dimensions and pressure ratings
• Reliable suppliers capable of consistent bulk deliveries
• After-sales support including technical specifications and installation guidance

Key Requirements:

• Local registration and tax compliance
• Proven experience in supplying irrigation materials
• Financial stability to handle large orders
• Ability to provide EFRIS-compliant invoices
