The Packaging team leader is responsible for ensuring planned Bright Beer volumes are bottled and meet all the set quality specifications to deliver the daily, weekly, monthly and annual demand requirements.

• The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s of science degree in food science, industrial chemistry, physical science, mechanical or electrical engineering plus brewing/ packaging diploma.
• He/she must have at least three (3) years of experience of managing a packaging line/ team within a manufacturing environment.
