Job Summary: As People and Culture Manager, you will develop and lead on the delivery of PEAS Uganda people strategies to meet the needs of the organization both now and in the future across PEAS central office and its 28 schools. As a key senior role, you will be responsible for driving a high performance and values aligned culture that puts the student at the centre of everything we do.
This is an exciting role for a qualified HR professional who has demonstrable experience of successfully delivering people and culture services to achieve the organizational strategic goals. You will be confident in managing both operational and strategic objectives, with the ability to be innovative in your ways when addressing some of the people and culture challenges. As a credible leader in the area, you must have up to date and in-depth knowledge of Uganda employment law to provide technical assistance to all areas of the organization. Working collaboratively and building strong relationships across the programme and organization wide gaining exposure to international best practices whilst delivering real impact. .
