Elizabeth Glaser The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) seeks to end pediatric HIV/AIDS through research, advocacy, and prevention and treatment programs. We are a global leader in the fight against pediatric HIV and AIDS, working in 15 countries and at 7,000 sites around the world to prevent the transmission of HIV to children, and to help those already HIV infected. Today, because of the highly successful work of the Foundation and its partners over the last 25 years, pediatric AIDS has been virtually eliminated in the United States and new infections in children have declined by 58% worldwide. The EGPAF Uganda Country Program is seeking to recruit for the following vacancy for our DELTA Project that provides comprehensive and cost-effective technical assistance, capacity building, and program implementation expertise to Ministry of Health in the three programmatic areas of:

1) Prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV (PMTCT)

Differentiated Service Delivery Technical Advisor,

The Differentiated Service Delivery Technical Adviser will provide technical assistance to MOH for the implementation of Differentiated Service Delivery (DSD); leading the development of DSD training materials, job aides and standards for HIV/AIDS care in general with a special focus on differentiated service delivery. Lead the planning and phased roll out of DSD models of re, including: capacity building of health care workers, implementation, mentorships and technical support supervision to the Implementing Partners (IPs), Districts and health facilities. Provide technical assistance to MOH on the supply chain management for ‘ DSD and ensure quality improvement initiatives are mainstreamed into DSD models of care.
