REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST NOTICE

World Vision Uganda (WVU) is a Christian humanitarian, relief, development, and advocacy organization committed to working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. WVU invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit bids for the following service:

• | Consultancy services for development of Channels of Hope Training guidelines and materials for Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) & Sexual Gender Based Violence (SGBV)

Expression of interest and bidding document

Interested service providers may express their interest and obtain bidding documents by submitting their email addresses and contact details to https://forms.office.com/r/hssCkzX0SD by Friday April 25th 2025.

Requests for bidding documents will be accepted starting from Thursday, April 17th 2025, at 8:30 AM

Bid Submission:

All bids must be submitted electronically via our online sourcing system no later than Friday, May 9th, 2025 by 5:30 pm.

Opening of Proposals:

Bid opening will be conducted in accordance with World Vision Uganda's internal procedures on Monday, May 12th, 2025.

Important Notes:

• Only the successful bidder will be contacted. All other bidders will receive a debrief via email after the bid evaluation process.
• World Vision Uganda reserves the right to reject any bid and is not obligated to award the contract to the lowest bidder or any bidder.
• Any form of lobbying will result in immediate disqualification.
