JOB DETAILS:
Department of Chemistry .

Duties/Responsibilities
• Maintain equipment and facilities in a functional condition.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment
• Maintain financial and other resources in the course of duty.
• Participate in research and consultancy.
• Prepare and supervise students’ practical work.
• Implement guidelines and regulations to ensure safety in the work place
• Assist in preparation of students practical’s, Industrial training, Internship and fieldwork
• Mentor support staff in technical skills
• And any other official duties as assigned by the line supervisor from time to time

Competencies
• Knowledge about equipment and facilities
• A team player with good interpersonal relations
• Ability to communicate precisely and concisely
• . Analytical skills
• Proficiency in using machines and computers
Age Limit: Applicants should not exceed 40 years of age on the date
indicated as the deadline for submission of applications

Qualifications:
• Either A higher Diploma in Chemistry with experience of three years in a Chemistry related laboratory work.
• Or An Ordinary diploma in Chemistry with 5 years’ experience in a Chemistry related laboratory work
