Arua Municipal Council received funds from Government of Uganda and intends to apply pan of these funds for fencing of Arua primary school, fencing of Onzivu primary school, Completion of classroom block at Arua Public Secondary School and Supply of Laptop Computers. The Council now invites sealed bids from competent firms to apply for provision of the above mentioned works and supplies as detailed below:

SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT: Supply of 2 laptop computers
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open domestic bidding method for item one (items two, three and four shall be restricted to prequalified providers only) contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and the Local Governments (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) Regulations, 2006.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the Procurement and Disposal Unit Arua Municipal Council P. O. Box 27, Arua from 8: 00Am — 5:00Pm on working days.
Bids will be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fees of UGX 100,000I= to Arua Municipal Council General Fund Account No. 01983501003364 with DFCU bank Arua branch.
Bids must be in securely sealed envelopes clearly marked "Bid for .......................and addressed to the Secretary Contracts committee Arua Municipal Council and put into Bid box in the Procurement and Disposal Unit on or before Thursday 12th March 2020 at 10:00am.
Thereafter, bids will be opened the same day at the procurement unit at 10:30am in the presence of bidders or their agents who choose to attend.

Evaluation process: 18th March 2020
Display and communication of best evaluated bidder notice: 20th March 2020
Contract award and Signature: 2nd April 2020
NB: Arua Municipal Council reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or to cancel the bidding process.
