Vivo Energy Uganda is the company that distributes and markets Shell branded Fuels and Lubricants in Uganda. The company is looking for suitable contractors to provide maintenance services at our retail stations located in various parts of the country for the period commencing February 2021. 

 Scope of Work:

•Perform corrective. reactive and routine preventive maintenance as per approved Vivo Energy standard procedures for all owned operational and safety critical equipment across its retail fuel stations and commercial customer installations. This includes fuel and lubricant dispensing installations. car service equipment. compressed air supply installations, electrical installations. standby generators and solar installations and retail brand image and signage.

•Perform minor mechanical works (such as install tank fittings and unburied air pipelines).

•Provide appropriate storage of Vivo Energy equipment (such as pumps. dispensers. consoles) on contractor premises including recording the movement of such stock in a database

•Deploy adequate software programme and database to routinely manage and document maintenance calls.

Eligibility Criterion:

•Working capital of not less than Uganda Shillings 200 million to guarantee sufficient inventory and operation costs.

•Bidder must have physical office premises and stores for spares and inventory.

•Possess own workshop fully equipped with basic service machinery to support terms of reference mentioned in Scope of Work.

•Possess not less than 5 roadworthy service vehicles to ensure reach and regional coverage.

•Employ not less than I5 Field service technicians with a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical engineering.
