Madi Okollo District Local Government intends to prequalify firms for works, supplies and services for Financial Year 2020/2021.

Procurement and prequalification will be conducted in accordance with the prequalification/open competitive bidding procedure specified in Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (PPDA) 2003, and is open to all eligible bidders.

Madi Okollo District Local Government now invites sealed bids /applications from interested competent registered firms and individuals for prequalification and management of markets /revenue collections services as below.

A. PREQUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FOR SUPPLIES.

Supply, services and repair of vehicles, motorcycles, fuel, oil, lubricants, tyres, tubes, rims and other related equipment's under framework contract

II. Supply, service and repair of computers, photocopiers, generator, cameras and accessories under framework contract

III. Supply of assorted office stationery, office cleaning consumables, printing of t-shirts, banners and flags under framework contract

IV. Supply of executive and ordinary furniture, fittings, beds, plastic chairs and fixtures for schools and Health Centre's under framework.

V. Supply of Agro Inputs/Seedlings, planting materials

VI. Supply of tree seedlings

VII. Supply of improved and local livestock, poultry inputs, apiculture inputs, fish fingerlings, feeds and inputs and equipment's

i. Consultancy services in borehole sitting, drilling and supervision

iii. Provision of foods, beverages, meals, refreshments and hotel conference services under framework contract.

IV. Provision of surveying and titling of lands.

Submission procedure
CONDITIONS.

  1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal Assets Act 2003 and is open to all eligible bidders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Madi Okollo District Local Government-Procurement and Disposal Unit and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 6(a) from 8:00am-5:00pm on working days.
  2. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased at a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000= (Shillings One Hundred thousand only) for all categories. All payments shall be made to Madi Okollo District General Fund, Account No. 3100065051 with Centenary Bank, Arua Branch and all bidders are therefore advised to obtain a general receipt from the district cashier.
  3. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 16th July 2020 at 01:00pm. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below on Thursday 16" July 2020 at Madi Okollo District Board Room at 01:00pm
  4. Address bids will be issued from; Madi Okollo District Local Government Procurement and Disposal Unit, Inde.
  5. Address bids must be addressed to; Secretary Contracts Committee Madi Okollo District Local Government. P. O. Box 1, Madi Okollo.
