During submission of Tenders, Bidders should:
Have registration with the relevant authorities, including possession of a valid operating license to undertake public's works in the country and compliance with all other statutory requirements.
Have undertaken works of similar nature over the last 5 years and to satisfactory completion.
Possesses the necessary resources (human, equipment and material) or the ability to organize them at short notice, to undertake this level / scope of works.
All interested contractors are expected to visit the site from 21-26th of May 2020
Due to COVID 19 there is no option of hardcopy deliveries. The tender process will be done with email submitted documents.
NB. Late bids will be rejected.
Norwegian Refugee Council reserves the Right to Accept or reject any tender application and is not bound to give reasons for this decision thereof.

The Government of Uganda [the Recipient), represented by the Office of the Prime Minister (The Project Executing Agency) received a grant from the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by German Federal Ministry of Development and Economic Cooperation through KFW, in the amount of Euro 10 Million towards the cost of the Refugee Response Fund. RRF is partly implemented by Oxfam Germany [the Employer) through Oxfam Uganda intends to apply part of the fund to cover eligible payments under the lumpsum contract TD ZN 002/ ARU—UG for Construction of EDEN Water Supply System in Rhino settlement and Host Community in Madi Okollo District

The Government of Uganda in partnership with the Federal Republic of Germany are funding a Refugee Response Fund (RRF) in Northern Uganda in the Districts of Yumbe and Arua. The RRF was established to support sustainable and longer-term solutions and to address the immediate needs of refugees and host communities in Uganda. The project follows the Government of Uganda's Settlement Transformation Agenda
