We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist / Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and building relationships for our Professional Education & certification institute, which specializes in online live classes and self-paced professional certifications. This role requires a strong understanding of the professional education landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals and organizations achieve their learning goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting o Identify and qualify potential leads in targeted industries and regions. o Build and maintain a pipeline of individual professionals and corporate clients. o Utilize CRM tools to track leads and sales activities. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth o Present and promote the institute's professional certification offerings to individuals, corporate clients, and educational partners. o Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. 3. Client Relationship Management o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. o Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively. o Gather client feedback to enhance offerings and services. 4. Market Research & Strategy Development o Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. o Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that align with sales objectives. o Provide insights into customer needs to shape course offerings and promotional strategies. 5. Collaboration & Reporting o Work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs. o Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. o Contribute to business strategy meetings and suggest innovative ideas for expansion. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education or e-learning industry. • Strong understanding of professional certifications and online learning models. • Proficiency in using computer and other communication tools & applications. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
