JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties:
- Contact clients to follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with defaulting clients.
- Maintain updated records of accounts and payments.
- Develop and implement debt recovery strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in debt collection or credit control.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with debt recovery tools and systems.
