JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties:
- Oversee all hotel operations and coordinate cross-departmental activities.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve hotel performance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills.
- Competence in financial management, accounting, and business operations.
