JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct training sessions and seminars on various HR-related topics.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in training programs.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Industry: Manufacturing/Automotive
• Association: HRMAU
