• Science equipment and chemicals
• Sanitary pads
• Sugar, Salt, Soap, Rice and Cooking oil b) Tea and tea accompaniment
• Mattrass
• Building materials
• Uniform
• Sports equipment and accessories
• Filtered drinking water
• Assorted furniture
• Cleaning materials and detergents
• Newspapers
• Medical drugs
• Kitchen equipment’s repair
• Office stationery
• Plumbing materials and accessories
• School canteen items

CATEGORY B: SERVICES
• Insurance
• Metallic furniture and welding services

CATEGORY C: WORKS
• Construction and renovation of buildings

NOTE: Each item must be applied for separately. Bidding documents can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 50,000/= to the Bursar’s office at St. Andrew’s Secondary School. The bidding documents must be accompanied by a bid security of Ugx 200,000/= (Two hundred thousand Uganda Shillings) payable at the school’s Bursar’s office and must be submitted in sealed envelopes and should be addressed to: The Headteacher St. Andrew’s Rubindi, P.O. Box 103 – Mbarara

The deadline for submission is no later than 25th November 2024 at 10:00 am.
