JOB DETAILS:
The Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST) is a government agency established in 1990 by Envict of Parliament (CAP 209) with a mandate to develop and implement strategies for integrating Science and Technology (S&T) into the national development process. UNCST is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to take up the position of Senior Science Officer - Research Integrity, based at its Offices on Pistio Kimers Road, Ntinda, Kampala:

Contract Period:
Two years, renewable

Job Purpose:
Trie Senior Science Officer -Research Integrity will provide legal counsel and coordinate the development and Implementation of standards, guidelines, and procedures for management of research integrity in all aspects of the Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience
• LA degree in law with a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Law Development Centre in Uganda. inmum of 5 years work experience in a Research environment/Public administration/Corporate Governance.



Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
