Introduction about Virgin Markets
Virgin markets multi legal is Uganda’s leading independent commercial debt recovery firm fully licenced & regulated by the High court and Uganda Court Bailiffs Association (UCBA). We employ a team of Lawyers, Auctioneers, and Bailiffs
Our aim is to provide our clients with services expected of experienced debt collectors, auctioneers and court bailiffs while creating a working relationship based on Integrity, Experience and Commitment. We specialise in execution of court orders and collections service. We believe in face to face contact with debtors as this invariably gets the best results in a lawful manner.
Virgin markets multi legal started in 2011 and was incorporated in 2013 as a limited liability company involved in debt collection for the credit companies.
The Business Origin of Virgin markets multi legal auctioneers & high court bailiffs
An opportunity arose in 2011 to Liquidate a micro-lending company after which most of her clients were affected by change of Kampala city leadership with introduction of the executive director who closed most vending businesses in Kampala causing clients to fail on their Loan repayments to credit companies. Our breakthrough of 80% recovery proved our tracing and debt collection abilities in such a harsh environment.
Virgin markets multi legal transition took place in 2016 to acquire auctioneers and bailiffs firm status. The recovery firm got licensed in Feb. 2016 by the high court to carry out evictions, arrest, attachment and auction of properties, and other court orders in line with the law
