JOB DETAILS:
Nella is a 360-degree provider of comprehensive health and wellness solutions delivered through the Nella Wellness Service Centres, Nella Wellness Kitchen, Nella Organics Product Range, and the Nella Digital Wellness Platform.
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
The role will create shareholder value by developing relationships with other businesses to increase revenue and potential for growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
3. Faster learning ability and passion for sales
4. Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach
5. Good presentation Skills and ability to build relationships
6. Relevant industry experience, knowledge of the target market and changing business trends.
7. Analytical mindset.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and other ways
3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
4. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
5. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
6. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
7. Adjusts the content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
8. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volumes of dealers.
9. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
10. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
11. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
12. Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
13. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
14. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
15. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
16. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
