JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose
To maintain accurate books of accounts and analyze financial transaction/statements to produce financial reports.

Key Responsibilities of the job
1. Monitor Daily Cash flow in and out of the business.
2. Post all invoices, cheques and payments.
3. Prepare Cheques and transfers
4. Reevaluate debtors/creditors accounts
5. Undertake Bank reconciliation.
6. Undertake Local Supplier accounts reconciliation and handle any queries.
7. Undertake Foreign Creditors, GL reconciliation
8. Remit Statutory returns –VAT, WHT
9. Post petty cash entries for all expenses.
10. Post Sales float entries.
11. Provide information required by external auditors.
12. Assess notice posting
13. Prepare and present monthly/periodic reports to Management
14. Perform any other assignments as directed by Management.

Academic and/or Professional Qualifications
1. Degree in finance, BCOM, BBA-Finance Option plus CPA (U) or ACCA.

Previous relevant work experience required
1. 5 years
