JOB DETAILS:
Summary Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to Construction Team Deputy Lead-E&l, instrument Engineer is responsible for the professional and technical management of instrument.
• Formulate the construction technical plans and measures and execute it after approval
• Complete the technical disclosure and technical service of the project
• Solve the technical problems
• Timely sort out the construction technical data
• Ensure the sorting out of the delivery data as per the project progress
• Be responsible for the construction technology summary report

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• 15 years of experience in construction industry, 10 years of experience overseas, more than 10 projects executionexperience overseas I Skills of communication, organization, coordination, teamwork,solving the problems quickly and efficiently
• Knowledge of repairing and maintenance of equipment, management of equipment.coordinating of equipment international standard of IEC, developing instrument method statement organizing pre-commissioning and commissioning, all the instrument philosophy, testing the ICSS and RTU
• Be able to formulate the construction technical plans and measures and execute it after approval, solve the technical problems, ensure the sorting out of the delivery data as per theproject progress, testing all the I/O point
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office like word,excel, PPT etc.
