Product & Service Delivery Direct | Completions Specialists

Mission
The Senior CPL Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The Senior CPL Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.

Responsibilities
1. These responsibilities are activities that correspond to the metro stops and key processes.

4. Remove and Secure Resources
5. Deploy and Position Resources Prepare Resources
6. Verify Resources
7. Capture Field Data
8. Obtain Customer Acceptance of Delivery
9. Evaluate and Reconcile Resources
10. Implement Risk Response
11. Prepare Final Job Deliverables
12. Deliver and Archive Final Job Deliverables Prepare Job Invoice Supporting Documentation
13. Verify and Prepare Resources at Product Line Location


Additional Responsibilities
1. Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
2. Responsible for service delivery execution.
3. Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
4. Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
5. Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
6. Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
7. Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
8. Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. Maintain the required safety training.


Experience & Exposures:.
1. At least 5 years' experience in Oil and Gas as a Completions Field Specialist Diploma Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
2. Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline an added advantage
3. Proven experience with Gravel pack installation (Frac Pack, Stympac)
This position is a part-time, temporary contract position with the potential for contract extension and expansion after the initial training and probationary period. Initially, the On-Line Learning Teaching Assistant will work two days each week (Saturday/Sunday). He/she will travel to Muduuma Friday evening and depart Sunday evening.
