BID NOTICE:
COMPETITIVE DOMESTIC BIDDING
REF: JMS/DBDP/F/38/005/24 & JMS/DBDP/F/38/006/24

Joint Medical Store is a Private-Not-For-Profit (PNFP) Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) established in 1979 as a joint venture between the Uganda Catholic Medical Bureau (UCMB) and the Uganda Protestant Medical Bureau (UPMB).

We are duly registered as a corporate body under the Trustees Incorporation Act, Cap-165, and under the NGO Registration Amendment Act, 2006. We are also licensed by the National Drug Authority to engage in the import, export, wholesale of medicines, and related health supplies.

Joint Medical Store invites eligible bidders to participate in an Open/Competitive Domestic bidding for:

1. Security Services under reference number JMS/DBDP/F/38/005/24.
2. Legal Services under reference number JMS/DBDP/F/38/006/24.

Bidding Instructions:

1. Bid document:

   • Bid document in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders after a payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 300,000 and submission of payment receipt to Mirama@jms.co.ug before accessing the bid document.

2. Bid Submission:

   • Bids must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope on the 17th January 2025, 17:00 EAT as per instructions in the bid document.
